Welcome to the site. In the following pages, you will find information about the crash of an Arrow Air DC-8 in Gander, Newfoundland on December 12th, 1985. The cause of this crash, which killed 256 people including 248 members of the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division, has been shrouded in controversy since that fateful day.

This site is dedicated to the men and women of the 101st Airborne Division who gave their lives in Gander, Newfoundland, while serving as peacekeepers and guardians of the very freedom that we cherish today.
